Turkey; bringing different cultures together, ensouling the clarinet and make it sounded is hosting International Clarinet Festival. Full of joy and fun, the festival has spread every part of the city including subways, squares, tramways, ferries and concert halls; therefore, the festival has proved its being as a city festival. In addition to concerts; photograph and art exhibitions, movie presentations and interviews has been followed curiously by the participants.

In 2016, the fifth organization of the festival will be made for taking a new deep breath in Istanbul under the Art for People Society and Notist Music with the collaboration of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality and the main sponsorship of Doğuş Holding. While “Young Breath Clarinet Competition” under 18 has been taking place in every year, “In Respect of the Master Concerts” in which very important musicians are being called and their art performed, has become one the symbol of the festival.
