Go Mongo is identified in short as a Mongolian barbeque. This traditional barbecue goes back to the customary hunting parties of Mongolia, where Mongolians gathered in tents, cut vegetables and meat with their swords and cooked them on their shields over a sizzling fire. This tradition became modernized over the years to what we now call Mongolian barbeque.
Today in a Mongolian barbeque, all meat cuts, vegetables, sauces and spices are exhibited on the counter. Customers pick the cuts they want and present them to the staff to be cooked.
In addition to its Mongolian barbeque, Go Mongo also has choice Asian dishes prepared by chefs from the Far East, with items such as Japanese dumplings, noodles, rice with pineapple and shrimp in coconut milk on the menu. Go Mongo has a branch in the Meydan AVM as well as in Suadiye and İstinye Park.
