The Hasan Kolcuoğlu Restaurant is a family establishment. Its foundations were laid in Adana in 1910 and today it has scores of branches across Turkey, the first of which opened in1946. In 1963 the name was shortened to Kolcuoğlu and since 1974 has spread all over Turkey.
Wİth 6 branches each on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul, its trademark is its meter-long kebab.
Cold mezes, traditional salads and kebab are popular dinner items and kadayif with pistachio and ice cream falina are sweet treats.
