For The Dough :
1 kg all purpose flour
100 ml olive oil
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons fresh yeast
2 teaspoons salt

Ingredients :
600 g minced meat
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 egg lightly beaten
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

For The Souce :
2 cups strained yogurt
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Grounded walnuts
10 g red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons kask or ricotto

How To Prepare:
• In an electric fitted with a dough hook, combine flour and salt . Add the eggs and continue to mix. Drizzle the olive oil slowly and let the dough rest to 30 minutes , allow to gluten to relax.
• Cut the ball of dough in half and roll the dough in thick and cut the dough 5 cm circle form.
• At the other side ; in a pan add the minced meat, eggs, salt and freshly chopped parsley, chopped onion , clove garlic and let it cool.
• With two cutted circle dough put inside the souce and paste them with beaten egg white.
• Boil Haluska in a large pan, during 10 minutes.
• Put broken walnut, red pepper, kask or ricotta in a pan and cook during 2 minutes.
• Serve the Haluska with yogurt souce and red pepper oil.
