Restaurant 34 offers wide culinary variation and features both regional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine as well as authentic cooking methods. Restaurant 34 brings a different dimension to the culinary scene, offering a combination of five different concepts. Guests can join the chef directly at the Chef’s Table or enjoy a range of marinated grill or slow-cooked items with accompanying sauces in the Smoke House. There are also more than 30 cheese varieties, charcuterie and mezze served in the Charcuterie & Cheese Room. Stunning pastries and desserts are served in the Patisserie and guests can enjoy freshly baked products in the Bakery. Restaurant 34, with its high ceilings and comfortable atmosphere, has a 198 person capacity and service operates every day from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. However, guests can enjoy the relaxed ambience beyond 11:00 PM and well into the night.
