Even with menu items such as kaşarlı bonfile, kaşarlı köfte, and tandır, Uludağ Et Lokantası’s most popular dishes remain the Uludağ kebab and the Uludağ köfte, while dishes like rice with mushroom and oven-baked mushroom are sure to whet the appetite. The main dining hall has a seating capacity of  800 and there is a garden that can seat 1,200. It also has both a closed and open playground for children. Open every day, it has an all-day breakfast and on Sundays offers a buffet breakfast between 09.00-14.00.
